Okey as you know it, penalties as you don't. Lay off a tile on your opponent's meld and the penalty is theirs. The okey's color sets the hand's penalty; whoever can't open pays.

SLAP! Sting them Once you've opened, lay off a tile on an opponent's meld. The penalty goes to them, the fun stays with you.
Mind the color The okey's color sets the hand's penalty; yellow costs the most. If the hand ends before you open, that penalty is yours.
×2 Finish with the okey Finish the hand with the okey and everyone's penalty doubles. Finish straight from your hand and the table goes quiet.
THUD! Earn your title At the end of the game everyone wears a title for what they did. Try not to get the worst one.
